The staff were completely swamped that day, owing to the fact that it was a weekend lunch hour. To add to that, the electricity also shorted out some time prior, and so only one register was open.

Because of how frazzled they were, they were unable to give PWD/Seniors a priority lane, making them have to wait just as long, or sometimes even longer than the regular customers. They did try however, to expedite the ordering process by listing down everyone's orders before they got to the front of the line.

Food was great as always. Points for initiative, but the lack of solutions regarding the extra care/priority that the PWD/Seniors (there were many seniors that day as well) needed somewhat soured my experience. Hopefully this was just a fluke owed to the chain of unfortunate factors, and it won't happen again...

I eat here with my girlfriend almost every week, usually on weekdays. There's always parking space nearby, the whole place is pretty clean for me (even the restrooms), the crew are very accommodating, and they rarely run out of anything. Lots of those lounge chairs for two at the window side, perfect for snacking or dining, and resting from a long drive. Also perfect for partner week planning and data organization. Also, there's a convenience store nearby if you need anything. The only thing to note is that the hand dryer has been broken for months now, so if you need to dry your hands just ask the crew for some...

Since BK is the favorite fastfood place of my uncle, we had lunch here on our way to Capas. Like the other branches, food is good, better than the usual burgers, IMO. However, I am giving it 3 stars only because the restroom was spectacularly dirty! The toilet bowl was full of tissues and smelled so bad. It did not help that their trash was beside the bathroom so the area smelled bad too. Ladies who unknowingly entered the toilet fled, looking horrified.
