Hi, I’ve ordered chaofan takeout from your branch twice now, and both times the soy sauce was missing. The first time, at least the chili sauce was included, but today, no sauce at all was provided. I was in a hurry and didn’t check before leaving, but this seems to be a recurring issue. It’s disappointing, especially since sauce is usually an essential part of the meal. It seems the staff handling takeout orders don’t check if everything is included, and it ends up being the customer’s responsibility to double-check everything. That really shouldn’t be the case. I guess this branch just doesn't want to give a sauce for chaofan orders. Unfortunately, this is the second time it's happened, and I’ve decided I won’t be ordering from this...

We visited Chowking Balagtas late at night and were glad to find it still open. We ordered the classic Chao Fan, Wanton, and Kangkong, and they were all good. The service crew was fast and efficient, making the experience hassle-free.

The location is convenient, being right beside the highway, though parking can be limited. During late or early hours, parking isn’t much of an issue, but during peak times like 12 noon, expect no available slots.

just the restrooms. that's what i always experienced on any branches with poor water availability and the odor. No bidette and the toilet poorly flushes that's why when other customers used it for personal reasons and the flush poorly flushes that's when it get worst.
