We ate dinner here, but it was pouring, and the place is still being worked on. Given the ongoing construction at the location and the heavy rainfall, the service unfortunately did not meet expectations. I am uncertain whether the staff were occupied with addressing the weather-related issues, as we received no assistance upon arrival and had to request service from several waiters before placing our order. Nevertheless, they did make an effort to provide good service. The food was okay. We got the Roasted Chicken, but it was tiny, like "duck meat." The sizzling sisig wasn't even hot anymore. Since it's on sizzling plate it will show it's fresh from stove. We weren't happy with the sisig; it had less meat and more onions, and it was a little sweet. The chopseuy was fine. And the bulalo was also fine. We just wanted to try it out, but we probably won't go back. If we do, we might try something else...
Read moreFood is good though amount of serving is limited. The place from the outside is so inviting and looks cozy but the inside is crowded and lacks of ventilation. We are big family that find it discomforts to be near the kitchen's way in and out...though I am à pet lover, it is surprising to see a cat inside where food is being cooked and prepared.May I suggest that they can construct a shorter way from the kitchen to the counter that passing along the area where customer seated. I got colds, when I was there maybe because plenty of people around and asymptomatic perhaps that lasted for 3 days. However, had not in that busy area, might enjoy my stay and appreciated the good taste of their food. Love their crispy karekare, pancit is fine, fried chicken is delicious, shrimp sinigang is fine, I enjoyed their cucumber juice but not the Leche flan. Hoping for enhancement of the kitchen...
Read moreThe place is under renovation when we had lunch today. We didn't come for the ambiance but for the food so it's not a bother for me. Just don't expect it to be aesthetic. Parking is spacious. We had kinilaw n tanigue, adobong kambing and laing. It was a mistake to order kinilaw since there are no bodies of water nearby to get fresh tanigue. The fish wasn't good. The vinegar mix though is good. The adobong kambing is so delicious. The meat is tender and bite sized and generously smothered with garlic. The laing is so rich and creamy. The adobo and laing really go well together. You're going to want to eat more rice with it. The sago is sweet. More of a dessert drink. The servers are attentive and courteous. Restroom...
