Today, I ordered at this specific branch and was ultimately disappointed. From the service crew, to the waiting times, and a question of comprehension. I went to the branch and happily ordered my usuals: 1 order of 1 pc chicken (wing part spicy) and 1 pc chicken (thigh) with spaghetti. They sent me one of my orders, and I noticed that they served me the wrong part of chicken; it was supposed to be the wing part, but they sent a spicy thigh part. I initially wanted the spicy wing part of the chicken, and I told them that they got it wrong, and I sat down at my table waiting for the number to ring or get called. My order number took a while to get served, but my number rang eventually. I went to the claiming area and to my surprise, the initial order of one pc spicy chicken is still the thigh part, and take note, I have also ordered 1 piece chicken (thigh part) but got served 1 pc chicken (wing part) with rice.
Here is the list of issues that I went through today I ordered a wing part with rice and got served a thigh part with rice. I told them to get it fixed and My number rang, so I went to claim two of my meals. The initial wing part with rice is still the thigh part, and my 2nd order, which is spaghetti with thigh part chicken, is a wing part, and it is a rice meal, no spaghetti. Two chickens were mixed, and my spaghetti was missing. Orders took so long to get resolved, and I was getting frustrated. A service crew member came up to me and asked me 2 times if my order was the wrong order that they had served, and I clearly told them that it was not. He came to me two times, almost mocking me that I was wrong and they were right. (Bale inulit po ng service crew member yung order ko na sinerve nila na mali, as in tinatanong nya ako if yung maling sinerve ba nila is yung order ko, inulit ulit din namin na hindi) I was then served the correct parts of chicken and the spaghetti, but then the cashier and manager came up to me and told me that they punched the wrong item; my 1 pc chicken spaghetti was not punched, and instead, 2 pcs of chicken with rice were punched. They told me that they were going to give me back my money, which is 31 pesos. A couple of minutes went by, we finished eating, and were still waiting. I was so frustrated that I just left the branch. If they already knew that there was a mistake, why didn't they give me the money immediately? why should I be the one to reach out for my money? especially when they have caused a lot of inconvenience? they could've given it to me as they were discussing with me directly that they had made a mistake.
Ultimately, the situation was very exhausting. I only wanted to eat peacefully, but it turned into an issue of proper comprehension and service times. Kindly reevaluate your service crew, as inconveniences like this ruin the reputation...

Drive Thru:
Whenever it’s in the wee hours, the staff or management can’t seem to decide what to offer customers, imagine you come in 4-5ish AM, they’re torn between serving breakfast and regular meals, so most of the good aren’t available, spaghetti the easiest to make isn’t available for 15 minutes, chickenjoy for 20 minutes. Add up the experience with very busy and unpleasant demeanor of the staff on duty. You’d have to wait until 6-7am until they’ve built their menu for breakfast. What a poor excuse for a branch who’s open for “24 Hours”.
Grab Orders:
Last night I ordered a Double Cheesy Yumburger with medium fries and large drink along with others. I had to call their number twice as I personally don’t eat burgers with dressing so I had to ask them if they could make one without it. My order was delayed for 20 minutes for some unknown reason. When I got the order I realized they didn’t include my fries on it. I mean that’s a small amount really but what’s bullish about it is that the order was delayed for 20 minutes, and it was still incomplete. Again another sad excuse for this branch.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the brand, because I love the food but what really pisses me off are bad experiences after another. I don’t usually take my time after work to do bad reviews but you guys have to fix whatever batshit crazy is happening at this branch. The management and staff are terrible. I will make time to have this review get to corporate and I hope that they will get the right kind of help needed to fix these terrible experiences. Read moreWe went out for dinner on Mother's day and we're supposed to visit an overlooking restaurant. On the way, one of us even joked that we will be going to Jollibee to eat. No offense, but we planned to eat somewhere with a good view. When we arrived, we didn't realize that it will be too crowded and waiting time would take 2 to 3 hours, so we have to find another place. Few restaurants we visited were all the same. Full of people waiting in line. In the end, it has been 2 hours past already.
We were all so hungry and grumpy already while looking for an alternative because almost all restaurants are full, plus heavy traffic.
Whilst the traffic, we saw the Jollibee sign from afar. We laughed, we will really end up eating in Jollibee. So we just chose to eat here even though there are also a few people in line in the counter waiting, we were lucky there were still some seats left for us. And let me tell you, we were so down and hungry at first because our plan didn't woek out, but boy this branch didn't disappoint us. They embodied the FAST in fast food chain. Despite the crowd and we were almost last in the counter we did not wait long. Our food arrived fast, complete, and freshly cooked, nor sacrificing the quality despite the demand since it's Mother's day. The crew were very accomodating and happy, despite the crowd. They must have been exhausted from taking so many orders. The branch was super busy, yet they still look happy to serve at 9 PM.
The relief we felt after a long drive of finding a place to eat dinner, past the dinner time. Sa Jollibee Bee-da ang saya padin talaga. THANK YOU for making our Mother's day still special...
