I would like to share our very disappointing experience during our visit to your buffet last September 20, 2025 (lunch time). We were a group of seven, excited to try your food, but what we got was the worst buffet experience ever.

When we arrived, almost all of the food trays were empty. We waited and waited, but nothing was being refilled except for siomai, literally just siomai over and over again. Out of all the dishes, the only ones we managed to eat were butter chicken, pork, and siomai. That’s it. Imagine paying for a buffet only to end up with three kinds of food! Even water was not available; there were no glasses provided at all.

What made it worse was that your staff just kept on accepting more customers even though there was clearly no food left for the people already inside. It felt like the restaurant was only after the money and not concerned at all about providing decent service or food. It’s very unfair for paying customers like us who expected a proper buffet experience.

If the restaurant cannot handle a big crowd, then they should stop accepting more people instead of letting everyone suffer with empty containers and poor service. It’s not only misleading but also very disrespectful to your customers.

Overall, we left frustrated and unsatisfied, feeling like our money was completely wasted. Definitely not worth it, and I would never recommend this...

Very bad experience!! Around 8pm dumating kami para kumain, ni hindi mila sinabi na cutoff na ng food nila. Nagbayad kami ng full price pero ung food tira tira na lang. I complained but the manager didn't do anything!!!! WALANG CUSTOMER SERVICE NA MAGANDA DITO. I was expecting na sana may pacompromise sila pero wala. Walang kwenta ang management. Mula sa receptionist hanggang sa floor manager nila. Sayang lang...
