“Fix your description for pet friendly if it is not a Pet Friendly Hotel”

I have book this hotel for 1 Night since upon filtering for Per friendly hotel, this hotel is the first that came out of the options. Upon checking in, one of the staff immediately approached me and refuted that there is such thing as Pet friendly option in their site hence asking me to pay additional fee for my Pug dog. I refuse to pay any additional fee and showed the actual search in Agoda and their hotel descriptions. Although they have not insist on the payment, this has put a bad taste and put off. Instead of being relaxed during our short stay this has stressed me out, the stay has given me a bad taste in the mouth hence would not recommend this property.

Additionally, the breakfast that was included is ok, the food portion is too small. Bangus silog for breakfast is the only option , it was cut in tiny pcs, egg is scrambled with potatoes, it was ok but not worth the penny.

We wanted to eat dinner but the gate was closed by 9pm and we weren't able to order any food from their restaurant hence we did not have dinner on the night of our stay. If you have a car, do not park inside , you will be stuck. They close their restaurant early and you wont be able to buy food anywhere since the gate is close with no one to approach. Grab is not working in the area.

Please train your people well, before asking for extra payment for early check in, you should inform the person about the check in time hence if you wish to check in there is an additional charge per hour. If you had told me , we could have roam around for lunch and come back on the time of check in rather than ambushing us with the additional fee for the early check in without proper information prior. For breakfast time, 9am is too late, we wish to leave early but the gate is close up until 8am and breakfast is only at 9am ? Pls fix the time, it’s not good to wait until 9am for a piddly piece of breakfast.

Also, the food quantity is too small for the price. We ordered Calamari and Dinakdakan for lunch, the price is too much and the quantity is too small. It’s not...

This is our go-to dining place when all the restaurants in the nearby towns are already closed. Travellers would also love this place because they close late and offer a wide variety of food choices. Serving time takes at least 10mins and the food is delicious! Also affordable. And you get to play billiards while waiting or talking with your family or friends. This is a perfect meeting place for random hangouts and secret dates. The vibes and meals are hearty. However, not all of the meals on the menu are available. There's always something that you might order that will turn out to be not available. Ventilation relies on electric fan only. They are PWD friendly though. Car parking is at the front and at the big back lot. I think they can also host big events at the back section. They always have an album playing on their speakers as background music. I'm not a fan of all the plastic plants. 9/10...

We slept here for one night because we were on a road trip and hit bad weather.

Admittedly, we came here late at 9pm and have seen they have an available room on Agoda and their reviews were even good. But the room we got had a very dirty floor full of bugs and wings of dead insects. It felt like no one stayed there for a long time and they didn’t wipe the floor which was maybe also because they didn’t expect anyone on that day anymore. The room had no window and also lacked basics like a trash bin. Luckily and AC was available.

For anyone who’s a light sleeper this is probably not the place to be because you can hear all noises of the road all night long.
