Jollibee — Restaurant in Cabuyao

1 hour for 1 BURGER. Mind you na they tell us it's 10-15 minutes waiting time. Mas nauna pa ung mga late samin. Nakailang ganito na sika and this time sumobra na talaga. Mali-mali pa order na binibigay if delivery. They have so many workers/staff like make it make sense??? We already follow up my order and they just started working on it when we already said a word. POOR SERVICE. If you all want to grab a jollibee, go to the next branch which is in WALTERMART BANLIC. Walang kwenta branch na to mali-mali na nga lagi order samin super tagal pa ng service. This is not the first time. One time wherein we also ordered a coke float, only for them to serve it for 20 mins. If we did not follow up our order we're gonna wait for another minutes???? Poor service teh please train your workers...

The counter staff Irish, was a bit rude with us. She was in the Senior citizen counter. We asked her if she can take order she said she cannot bcos it is senior citizen queue, line was empty and other line was long. Suddenly she cater to one lady who was not senior citizen. We enquired why she serve her, she stared at us and then she changed her version. She said we have to fall in the normal line and we can move to the senior line which did not make any sense. It looks like she is serving at will and being rude. We stay nearby and a frequent customer. So a proper prior instruction will be helpful and staff needs to be trained for courtesy. They should not behave like they own the business because the are standing behind...
