Food was good but service was disappointing. We had already finished the first part of our order, but had to remind them of our 3 other orders before they even began to cook them. It was at least a 15 wait before the balance of our orders was served. Had it not been for my wife and kids, I would have cancelled our order balance since they had clearly forgotten and had to be reminded when we had already fully consumed the first part. And instead of genuinely apologizing the lady manager even tried to explain that they really do not cook and serve all orders at the same time. But to only start preparing the missed orders already AFTER we had finished the first ones should clearly NOT be a standard practice. What made matters worse was the ARROGANT manner in which an attempt to explain and JUSTIFY their late preparation. If only there was even a slight ounce of sincerity in their apology (if it even can be considered as one), all would have been forgiven and forgotten. Unfortunately, that was...

Good authentic Japanese food. Tried their okonomiyaki, yakiudon, karaage, gyoza, and beef yakiniku. Ended our meal with anko maki. 💯
