Jollibee - Puerto — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

Jollibee's service here in Puerto Cagayan de Oro is really ugly, it takes a long time to give the order and I hope you don't have mix and match because many times I have ordered mix and match with fries, they say, there are no fries available for that menu, what kind of system is that, there is a promotion and then it cannot be given, and when it says that the order will be given immediately, especially for take out, I hope you fulfill it and give it immediately because your customer expects that it will be fast and not I will only order the other one because you said it took longer for me to order than this one, so I was expected to be in a hurry, I just agreed, and there is one more, please don't sell it and just close it, I can't even cancel it or change the item, I hope to all jollibee, don't imitate this branch that is here in Puerto, Cagayan de Oro. reminder to those who want to buy here. #don't get your hopes up so the customer doesn't get their hopes up #disorganized system #fix...

I had to share my experience with this Jollibee branch. We went to Jollibee (drive-thru) to take our lunch since we were in a hurry. The service was TERRIBLE. Normally, you'd expect drive-thru's to be quick, but ours took 30 minutes to get our order. Also, when we were about to get our order, one of their crews threw an attitude since we asked what took them so long to get our order. FYI, the line behind us was also stacking up. It was around 1PM during that day and it took up so much of our time. I hope the management oversees the flaws and unprofessional attitude of their crew....
