Romana Cafe — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

Good place to hangout in CdeO uptown area - specially if you prefer a café that offers several types of drinks. I went there for a meeting so I feel tight with their setting and interiors. But I think generally, it is decent. :)

My first visit was nice but when I decided to go for a second visit, it was.. not nice. There was no aircon and wifi. Instead, there was a huge noisy electric fan that disrupted my studies and meetings.
