I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with McDelivery service that I'd like to share. I placed an order through the McDelivery App at 12:10 AM and, after a long wait with no updates, I reached out to the live chat support. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there.
Firstly, I had to wait around 10 minutes to speak to a representative because I was 89th in the queue. When I finally got connected with an agent named Ervs, I asked for the status of my order. Ervs said he would follow up but ended the chat abruptly while I still had concerns.
At 1:48 AM, I received a text message from the store stating they couldn't locate a rider, and shortly after, a call from a staff member repeating the same thing. They suggested I cancel my order. After waiting almost two hours, this was unacceptable. They could have informed me much sooner. I insisted on not canceling my order, and the call ended with a vague promise that they would continue to look for a rider.

It feels more eco friendly as they don't use paper boxes for burgers and fries for dine-in and reusable...
Read moreAside from all the positive reviews other people posts, I'll give you the cons as I see them: cleanliness - not as you think. Try walking barefoot and you'll feel the stickiness even though they're constantly mopping it. Employees often disregard customer's requests or questions unless you right up to their face and then they'll notice you. Drive-thru is ok for large vehicles but in cainta, lighter vehicles ( bikes and such) are "hit & miss" and they ALWAYS have constant backlog of drive-thru orders. Some products are being held back ( large & BFF fries) during peak hours. The products they do push (apple pie) are puffy yet...
