Lomihan sa Madalunot — Restaurant in Calaca

Should've been 4, but the taste and toppings are inconsistent. The first time we ate there, we all had the same lomi, just different sizes. We really loved the home made chicharon topping but then just the following day when we decided to eat there again (we had the same order) the topping was a different kind of chicharon and the lomi wasn't as tasty as the day before. My FIL asked the waiter why the chicharon was different and the reason is because "they ran out of the orig chicharon."

Lomi is great. Serving is too much for me didn't expect it to be that much. Single order is almost good for two. The location is a bit remote but no traffic at all. We went here around 12pm with motorcycle. Waited for about 10mins max to be served. The beverages were all iced cold from the bottle 💯 but you can ask them for ice. The soup of the lomi is very savory and have slimy texture unlike some establishments in Metro Manila that claimed they have authentic Batangas Lomi; you'll definitely taste and see...
