This is my first time to visit a kind of restaurant (looks like) but inside it’s quite dim. We visited around past 6pm and were a group of 5adults and 2 kiddos. We are all looking forward to have a good dinner/meal no matter if it’s a bit pricey. We chose Mang Boy’s Manukan as we want something like inasal or grilled. Here comes our order of quarter leg chicken Inasal- which is so bland, meat is too tough and dry and we told the waiter that we want it to be served hot, YES it’s hot because it was reheated by frying! 😭They can’t even gave us calamansi to make our dipping sauces, Bec according to them they have NO more calamansi where in fact we also ordered sisig. Our dinner 🍽️ was Disappointing and still hungry. They also don’t have table water to serve, since we also ordered soda Atleast to washed out the sweetness. We need to buy bottled water. Wtf 😳
To everyone who can read this, try if you want, but, I’m telling you it’s not...
Read moreMang Boy’s is a fantastic place to take your family to. Grilled food is their specialty. Their chicken inasal is around 160 and comes with unlimited rice. The portion size is decent for the price. They also have a good selection of vegetables like kare kare and chopseuy that’s portioned for 2-3 people. We ordered the sizzling bulalo and the strong spice compliments the fatty taste. The pork BBQ is very soft with a sticky sweet sauce, but maybe a little chewy.
The place is spotlessly clean. Customer service is standard.
All in all, a great place to stop by for a good chill lunch or dinner...

The food took far too long to arrive, my friends had already finished eating before some of our orders came out. It was frustrating and really ruined the mood. The taste was underwhelming, and the overall quality felt very low, especially...
