Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Calapan

We went to Shakey's Calapan to celebrate my son's third birthday. We made aware to the crew that we are eating because we are celebrating a birthday and requested them if they can sing or greet because the celebrant is a kid. But instead the female crew just handed me the plate with a "happy birthday" and a cup of ice cream and walked away just like that. I am not so pleased and very disappointed! They need to improve more on their service. Simple greeting and happiness for the kid and they cannot give it. Hoping other customers will not experienced the disappointment. Food was quite good. The take on pizza here is a bit different from back home, thin crust with very light to no sauce on the pizza. Ingredients were fresh, but I will add that I think they're trying to do to much at these places. You can get a Caesar salad, a bucket of fried chicken, garlic bread, pasta, all sorts of stuff at one of these, which in my mind causes a possibility for failure when it counts.
