Angel's Pizza - Camarin — Restaurant in Caloocan

My rating of 2 stars is not to say this place is bad; they have a reputation of having some of the best pizza in the Philippines, so maybe it was just this particular location, but the two pizzas we ordered were not 'up to par' in my opinion. The all-veggie had absolutely no flavor; the pepperoni had a good amount of pepperoni on it, but it was flavor-less, super-greasy, and the pepperoni was dry. Neither pizza even had pizza sauce on it. Not sure why that was, but I think I was told that you have to request the pizza sauce? Ha? I ordered via Grab Pick up from Angel’s Pizza Camarin branch specifically to avoid the long physical queue and have my order ready for pickup. Despite this, when I arrived, I had to wait about 10 minutes just to claim my order. What made it worse was that there were more than 8 staff members inside the store, yet none seemed to be attending to customers efficiently. Instead, they were busy doing non-work-related activities while the queue at the claim area remained long and unattended. It's been my 4th visit here in Angel's Pizza Camarin North Caloocan Branch and they did not let me down and i have not encountered any problems with my orders and staffs here. I like ordering here too because it has parking spaces for us when waiting for our take-out. Ordering here is good and the staffs are well mannered to us customers. I already ordered twice here using the pick-up system and i never had problems also. It's much faster than ordering in Nova Branch which has always a 2 hrs waiting time. I hope they keep their great staffs and quality here in BEST for future ordering experiences. I'll keep updated again if i have any thoughts again on this...
