Good place for a fast food chain and good food for its price but sana next time paki double check yung order bago idispense sa counter since most customers that go through FFCs are always on the go lalo na yung mga nag tetake out and no time na to double check yung order. Customers fully entrust you to provide the complete and proper order prior to dispensing and to break that trust makes it hard to come back to your place. I get working in retail is hard and sometimes with high foot traffic and CC nagiging fast paced high pressure ang work environment but the fact that the mistake happened when there are approximately less than 3 orders at that time makes it more on worker incompetency rather than the work environment. I came here last May 31, 2024 with my 3 grand child to eat dinner and mind you guys. People here are rude! Especially the one named JANE. I was asking if they are honoring PWD discounts and JANE just looked at me and the eye, smirked (Which is rude.), and goes back to the counter. I never got my discount that I asked for got a sloppy burger which doesn't look FRESHLY MADE as it looks RAW. This is unacceptable and rude. I will file a complaint and you'll be hearing from me at the corporate office of this effin' fast food. What JANE did is absolutely bad and does she even know?
