Jollibee — Restaurant in Caloocan

I wouldn't even buy here if even one restaurant in Grab Food accepted my order but I assume due to Mother's Day Celebrations, all other decent restaurants are full and busy. So I had no choice but to give this restaurant another chance to prove that it wasnt as bad as it was last year.

Lo, and behold it still was bad. The chicken were the size of Fish Fillets, the Spaghetti was dry and tasteless, the Coke Zero I ordered did not even remotely taste like coke itself. Its like it just devolved further away from being a decent place to eat food in. Even a carinderia could serve more decent food and more generous servings for a quarter of the price. This Jollibee branch is an insult to its predecessors and the Jollibee name.

Take a look at the photo and tell me if that even looks like a slice of chicken. I looked at it once and thought it was a slice of fried tilapia. Every piece of the 10 piece bucket was like this despite the cashier telling us they included wings and other parts. Bad food, bad customer service, no consideration for seniors and especially mothers on Mother's day. I'd give 0...

I ordered tonight via GRABFOOD!!! I'm so disappointed. I ordered buddle meal with 4 chicken with 2 spaghetti, 2 pies, jollyhotdog and free yum burger. But I didn't received 2 spaghetti. I call the hotline but their is no immediate response or action. I already contacted Grab too. But the fault is the dispatcher didn't check all the Items before putting it on the plastic..

Ps I ordered 2thighs and 2 legs. Recieved 4 thighs pero ang ALAT ng 2 spicy sana binuhos nyo nlang ung chili powder nyo! Walang tumbled way of putting chili powder not evenly!!!! Make action about this...

I recently ordered Chickenjoy from Jollibee Malaria this morning around 6:30am and specifically requested a leg part and I remind the cashier Unfortunately, my request was not followed, and I received a different part instead. On top of that, the breading of the chicken seemed undercooked it was soft, pale, and lacked the usual crispiness that Jollibee is known for. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I was really looking forward to the meal. I hope the staff can pay more attention to specific customer requests and ensure the food is properly cooked...
