Unfortunately, my dad, who is a stroke patient, couldn’t join us. To ensure he could enjoy a meal too, my mom decided to order takeout using my dad’s senior citizen ID for the discount. When we placed our order, the service crew named Cyryll B. insisted my dad needed to be present to receive the discount, despite our explanation that we were ordering takeout for him. Their demeanor was unwelcoming, making us feel like we were lying about our situation. My mom was understandably upset, so we opted to make all our orders takeout and went downstairs to eat in the food court. To our dismay, the manager approached us later, accusing us of not returning the vibrating queue item. My mom explained that we weren’t given one since our initial order was for dine-in, but the service issues prompted us to change to takeout. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given my mom’s stress over the entire experience. We felt completely disregarded, and it’s disheartening that a simple discount for my sick dad led to such a negative experience. I am with a child I can't leave her unattended going back and forth to the counter to ask for normal things we need to eat.
There nothing a picher or glass for us to use with water in the table next to the counter
We don't know where to get water they keep on pouting out where to get it but we finished our plate/s no water for us to drink.
I still need to approach for the 3rd last time and waited for them to give me 1 glass of water. They are too busy that's why no offense to the crew. that's why we waited. A dispenser might help and smaller cups if they can not assist at the counter for water.
Their rice is larger than what I have from the other competitor...
