Worst MCDO branch ever

Aside from our previous experience on this branch, where our order arrived 35mins just for an iced coffee up unto their cashier being disrespectful on customer.

It happened today, when we are at the counter ordering our food, the cashier (jov* ta*) suddenly asked another known customer named Dave (possibly one of their co-workers who is on rest day) about his new order. Take note we are still in the middle of answering her question what drinks we prefer and then she just ignores our responds two times as we repeat it again to her just because she is still asking the guy name Dave about his order (who can simply as well go back to the line for his new order).

Thankfully one of her colleagues called her out and say "hayaan mo pumila si Dave, may customer ka sa harap mo".

We somehow felt disrepected since kausap naman sya on that very moment and she did just ignores us while we're talking. No pasensya or anything at all.

Akala ko worst na yung pagiging mabagal nila on serving your orders kahit konti lang ung tao that time meron pa pala silang staff na...

Omg this is the slowest mcdo I've ever been. I ordered around 4pm (not peak hour) and they took 30 mins to serve my take out. And chicken is not dinasaur anymore. Balik Sisiw na ulit Sila. D pa madami order ko. 1pc chicken with fries and drink mix and match chicken burger with sundae plus mc flurry. Up size the fries to large and get surprised that half of the cartoon lang Ang laman. So I ask to weigh it and tell me to wait for another 3 mins KC d pa luto. That means kung ano lang Ang available un lang nilagay. Hay.... I Paid the exact amount and...

I don’t recommend here if you’re in a hurry. For a simple order like an Iced Coffee, sometimes it takes 30-40 minutes to get your order. They never even used TV queue list and prioritizing Grab orders than who do walk in at this store.

The crew even forget to tell customers that our order will be served in 15-30 mins but we’ve been already waited for 15 mins and more.
