It's a huge lugawan located along Mindanao Avenue on the Valenzuela City side. Their lugaw is not too special, but it tastes fine. They have parking for both cars and motorcycles. No parking for bikes where you could lock your bikes down. What I really hate about this lugawan is the smell. The smell of cat's feces is all over the place.
