Uring & THESS LUGAWAN — Restaurant in Caloocan

It's a huge lugawan located along Mindanao Avenue on the Valenzuela City side. Their lugaw is not too special, but it tastes fine. They have parking for both cars and motorcycles. No parking for bikes where you could lock your bikes down. What I really hate about this lugawan is the smell. The smell of cat's feces is all over the place. Actually this is not the original location of the lugawan but since the nlex did hit the property of the first location they moved to the current location. Their lugawa and lengua in white sauce are the best. Their prices are super affordable given the taste of their food.
