BIGGS Goa — Restaurant in Camarines Sur

I recently visited Biggs, known for its good food in Bicol. Despite not being a fast-food joint, this particular branch had excessively slow service. The wait for the food was not only prolonged but also resulted in cold dishes upon arrival. The serving process was oddly staggered, with each dish arriving one by one.

The fries served appeared soggy and tasted strongly of oil. We requested a reheat for the other dishes except the fries, as we asked for them to be served fresh. While they accommodated the request, the food took an extended period to return to our table, and some were still not at the desired temperature.

Even the mango graham ice cream was melted upon arrival. The wait for drinks was also notably long. Despite our efforts to follow up with the waiter, there was a noticeable delay in serving our food, even when it was ready in the kitchen.

To compensate for the subpar service, the manager provided us with an umbrella. We observed that our food took longer to be served compared to those arriving after us, leading us to realize that the issue might be with the waitstaff rather than the kitchen. Despite the hiccups, hunger compelled us to consume the returned dishes. Overall, the experience was marred by prolonged waits, cold food, and a need for multiple follow-ups.

Quick update: The branch manager reached out to me, even found me on Facebook—totally unexpected! Kudos for addressing the issue. Gotta be fair to the on-duty manager too; she handled the situation well despite the stress from my kasama's complaint. Everyone was just hungry due to the long wait, and the manager apologized.

Bigg's is my ever favorite restaurant. I always order their spaghetti, the taste is superb! My ex-bf, and now my husband, doesn't ask me anymore what to order. My husband and I have a lot of memorable experiences in Bigg's-Goa. It's where we always celebrate our monthsaries and anniversaries since 2013 until now. 👫🏻Their food are so good and their place has a good ambiance. When this pandemic ends, we will celebrate more and dine more...not anymore as a couple but as a family. We want our daughter be part of our Bigg's moment in many more years....

The serving time is too long. Lalo na yung sa mango graham shake. Ang tagalllll. Sa sobrang tagal naubos na namin yung fries and burgers namin pati service water. Sa branch sa naga okay na okay yung customer service nila. Pinaka una na naserve yung mango graham shake, di ko alam ba't ang tagal dito, sa Goa branch. Di ko din nagustuhan yung pag approach sakin nung naka black na uniform staff nung ready na yung pinatake out namin na mango graham kasi sobranggg tagal talaga. Sabi ni maam " ito na po maaaaaeeeeem" malakas din pag kasabi nya tsaka malayo pa sya lakas na ng boses nya.

Siguro maging professional na lang po tayo at lalo na nasa customer service field po tayo madam. Sorry po kung nakulitan kayo sa mama ko kasi di ko rin po sya masisi. Sabi ng staff nyo nung nasa taas pa kami nag hihintay sa natitira naming order "ready na po yung mango graham shake nyo". Pero nag hintay pa po kami sa taas nun, di parin dumating. Considering the time, inisip na lang namin na take out na lang yun. Pero kahit na bumaba na kami nag hintay pa din kami after ma follow up ng 10 mins. Diba po ang tagal? Sa resibo po namin 5 pm nakuha order namin, tapos nung nag antay kami sa mango graham shake nakita ko sa phone ko nun 5:43 na wala pa rin yung shake. Tapos yun na nga nag hintay pa kami sa baba ng another 10 mins. Ang poor po ng service nyo biggs goa.
