Jollibee — Restaurant in Camarines Sur

I always request no mayo. It is an allergy I have, and they ALWAYS put mayo in my order which means I have to feed the burger to my dogs. They don't understand what 'no mayo' means when adding it to the order notes, and also calling them too to confirm my notes and they still get it wrong! 6 times in 3 months to be exact. They should pay more attention to the orders of people who may have allergies. The manager even was sarcastic to ask me, if I can't have mayo then why did I order an Uber pie if I have a dairy allergy. Well......... I don't have an allergy to dairy, just mayo. There is no milk in mayo either. The ube pie was for my wife??? I hope they read this and take note in future if everyone's take out orders. Take out is just as important as dine...

Disappointed with the policy of Jollibee Iriga against cyclists. I was cycling with my friends from Naga and wanted to eat breakfast here.

As we were securing our bikes on the handrails of the walkway, a delivery boy shouted at the security guard in a disrespectful tone saying: "Chief, bawal magpa-parking dyan, bagong pintura yan." Note that we were very careful in securing our bikes so as not to damage the paint.

Despite my pleas that we came all the way from Naga and that we will slowly secure our bikes so as not to damage anything, we were still not allowed to secure our bikes on the hand rails.

This is a very different experience from Jollibee branches in Naga who don't have a problem allowing bikes to park. It's not as if the new paint is not exposed to...
