McDonald's — Restaurant in Camarines Sur

TERRIBLE Customer Service!! I have been a regular customer and receive my orders via mcdo delivery. Recently though, I had a couple of orders wherein there was NO KETCHUP in my orders. the first one, I let it pass. the 2nd one, (burger+regular fries combo), I told the driver to inform McDo Pili Branch about it. Mr Driver didn't know why I didn't receive ketchup and they don't have extra ketchup with them. Today is the 3rd time. (burger-twister fries combo), I called the branch and all they tell me is: "that is how it is, no ketchup for burger or fries orders" . seriously??? again, this is NOT THE FIRST time I ordered from your branch for the burger-fries combos and I used to Always get 2 ketchup in my order, I didn't have to put note or anything asking for ketchup on the app... . this situation provoked me to write this review. like they don't listen, sasabihin nalang na ganun talaga....

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The place is huge but it's useless. Their menu flashed infront (the counter), most of it is unavailable. I would have understood it because the place is a stop-over for buses, but then when I came back to order again (for another item), the item I originally wanted to order was available to another customer.

There were many staff and they tried to be polite, but the counter lady was just rude. I guess she was irritated because we were holding off her time, since she was about to clock out.

Food is your normal and typical Mcdo. It is quite hot when served.

I try to be understanding with their situation. But this is just one of the worst McDo places...
