Took 3 hours from Irosin to get there, but it was worth it. Very cool, hip joint offering Bicolano staples specializing in Rinconada cuisine. The Italian-inspired dishes are interesting, as it's a good way to attract a crowd interested in western food while still subtly adding a Bicolano twist. Not my cup of tea, but I get it! The stars are, however, the native cuisine. The Laing and Santol are delicious and definitely stand out. For the Laing, instead of being drowned in coconut milk/cream, it's rendered down to the oil with a slight amount of coconut curdles. At the same time, the gabi leaves maintain its texture while still being thoroughly cooked. If you'd compare it to folks who go all the way into making it into a "saag", this would be the opposite end of the barometer. Probably the best laing I've had lately. I just wish they offered their vegan option in the menu. Hopefully one day we can offer bigger representation of Bicolano cuisine in the diaspora. For now, in the motherland, this is the start.

Coffee here is really good. I tried their vanilla coffee that costs ₱130—if i’m not mistaken—a few weeks ago, and it was really good. I can say it’s a somewhat pricey for a coffee, but it’s really smooth and slightly sweet and bitter, but it has this really nice balance. Personally haven’t tried their other dishes except for their Open-Faced Cordon Bleu (₱280) and it’s delicious. It was savory and the chicken katsu has a nice crispy texture. Ham, cheese and chicken paired well with the rice, it tasted good. Overall, great dining experience here. Very nice atmosphere, there are paintings inside and it’s really beautiful. The place is air-conditioned and comfortable enough to eat peacefully. I recommend this place if you want to immerse yourself in a Rinconada and Bicol food and art.

Natuk: Urban Feelings and Fine Bicolano Cuisine The scrumptious aromas of Bicolano cuisine are expertly infused into the minimalist and modern atmosphere of Natuk, a hidden gem in Iriga, Bicol. Natuk creates a unique atmosphere with its chic and modern style, which sets it apart. The cuisine is a gourmet treat, offering a variety of traditional Bicolano meals that highlight the region's vibrant and strong flavors. You'll be taken on a gourmet tour of Bicol's rich culinary heritage from the very first bite. For those seeking a distinctive combination of urban aesthetics and outstanding Bicolano food, Natuk is a must-visit location.
