I attended an event hosted here and, to be honest, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The catering service claimed they could handle over 200 people, but it turned out they lied. Many people couldn't join the event area and those who did were poorly treated in the overflow area.
The food in the overflow area was never replenished, and there was only one dish available when the first batch of food was emptied. Even after complaining, nothing was done about it. The function hall wasn't set up as we had agreed, which caused confusion among guests.
To make matters worse, some batches of the dessert tasted spoiled and strangely sour. And to top it off, some uninvited people managed to get food, drinks, and desserts and had it charged to our bill.
In the main venue, I won't deny that some of their dishes are great. However, some dishes were not refilled as promised for the unlimited buffet. The drinks were not cold, and there was no ice available. The air-conditioning was also disappointing, as it didn't cool the entire room.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed. They need to be more honest, prepared, and attentive to detail.
