Rustica Concepcion, Tarlac — Restaurant in Capas

I found that the food was all delicious. We arrived at 1 PM, and the restaurant wasn't crowded, which was nice. However, there were a lot of flies circling when the food was served, and the candles on the table didn't help much to keep them away.

At one point, a fly went into the sauce, and we informed the waiter. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't seem to care or take any action. Luckily, it was just the sauce and not the entire dish, so we removed it ourselves and continued our meal.

The restaurant does accept credit card payments, but their system wasn't working when we visited, so we had to pay in cash.

Overall, while the food was delicious, the issue with flies and the non-functional credit card system were disappointing. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the dining...

First time to be let down in Rustica, its Christmas Day and the service was shockingly bad and they weren't that busy! Got the apertizer before our drinks waited 23 minutes for the drinks, ordered another round of drinks another 20 minutes had to keep asking the staff only to be told SML out of stock,only had one SML in 2 hours quickest service was the bill only 6minutes also asked the staff 3 times to clear our table so we could take a photo, all time we are waiting for our drinks I'm watching the staff eating their lunch outside through the window, Happy...

I feel like we only paid for the ambiance. We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday there with family last week. We decided to celebrate at Rustica's 'coz we've been to their Clark Pampanga's branch before and was really good, thinking would be the same experience but NO. Everyone in my family was dissapointed with the food they don't taste good. They taste cheap considering the price of the food.
