Discovered Patio Sofia in Castilla, Sorsogon—and it’s truly a hidden gem! 🌿 Just 5 mins from the Municipal Building, this rustic-modern bistro has the perfect cozy + classy vibe.

✅ Food is affordable but packed with flavor! We loved the pancit guisado, crunchy cordon bleu, juicy buttered chicken, mayo-loaded sisig, cheesy cheesebites, big siomai, and refreshing mango & buko pandan shakes. Sulit sa lasa at presentation!

Cordon bleu na kasya ang 1-2pax - Every bite is a combo of crunch and melt-in-your-mouth filling. Ang sarap niyang i-partner sa riceee. Medyo nabitin nga lang kami sa sauce

Buttered chicken 3-4pax - buttered chicken is a must try! Juicy and tender

Sisig - Ang dami ng serving ng sisig nila kasya hanggang 3pax. madami ang mayo just the way we liked it medyo kulang lang sa anghang pero pwde naman siguro magrequest ng extra sili

Cheesebites - Our favorite! Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside—ganito dapat ang cheese stick!

Big siomai - Juicy ang loob, with just the right mix of meat and seasoning. Nagustuhan namin ang kapartner na chili oil nito. Perfect pang-snack, at pang-ulam na din.

Mango freakshake - Kung hanap mo ay perfect pang-refresh sa init, this Mango freakshake an Buko Pnadan hits the spot! hindi nakakaumay, at sakto yung blend ng ice.at very aesthetic ang presentation.
