After our errands in Cavite City, we decided to give Cafe Antix a try. It is located in P. Burgos Ave cor Cabuco St. Caridad, Cavite City. It is across Bautista Pharmacy. The decors are composed of items from the past - old electric fans, very old record player, television set, etc. Items used by our grandparents. Kinda nice. There are some things they could improve. I used their comfort room which is located upstairs. Since one must pass through a hall way and the whole of the second floor, it would be best to clean or tidy it up. The comfort room is dark - it was scary. The servers were pleasant. They often smile and they try to manage our serving time expectations by mentioning that it will take 20 to 25 minutes. We ordered Quatro Pizza, which has 4 kinds of cheese, for the price of P430. It was too thin, crunchy and I hardly taste the four kinds of cheese. The kesong puti has a very small serving. I would much rather spend at little bit more for an SNR pizza.
The iced hazelnut was served in a mason jar, it tasted okay. The hazelnut was too overpowering, I find it hard to finish the drink.
Oh my, the Philly Chesse Steak was a definite mistake. It was P290 pesos for just a plain sandwich without any inclusions. The bread was really dry, even the meat, nothing exciting. Please dont order this, for the price of P290 you could already have a wonderful and tastier meal at Subway.
I enjoyed the garlic parmesan wedges....

I took pictures of some of the many old and historical stuff to see, marvel at, or get mesmerized with here. But it's still different when you're here. This is the place I went to right after the unbelievable election. The feeling of being back in the 60s, 70s, 80s, or 90s reminds me of the old beautiful Philippines.
But conversations here are not always about that, of course.
Come and visit. By the way, foods here are great, which is actually needless to say when you look at the room filled with...
