Angel's Pizza - V.Rama — Restaurant in Cebu City

It was a so hot mid day we decided to take a lunch nearby, and decided to choose ANGEL PIZZA. It was my first experience dahil kasi narinig ko lang na the best daw when it comes to pizza. Here is my Positive and also negative feedback Food- i rated it 4 star of course there is some few need to improve. In negative thoughts One of that is yong pizza is medyo ang kanyang cheese is when you slice parang lastiko na hilain mo di talaga maputol (lol) i mean they should work on putting not to much. In positive thoughts naman in fairness masarap talaga. We order the combo meal yong worth ₱1190 i think the price with 6 pcs chicken breast and two of sides and a 500 ml drinks. Now for the price and for 3 persons it is so much cheaper compare to other. Very commendable. Busug naman at may take out pa sa pizza mga 4 slice. Service - i rated them 4 star because there is also something na i found need to improve to 5 star. Cashier was accommodating yes 5 star cya doon, but what makes me to rate 4 kasi the waiter was overwhelmed sa daming waiting customer medyo she can’t hold the composures nag mamadali siya without checking if she give the seat completely. We are a party of 3 which missing a pair of 1 set so i have to ask. then when serving the food na she just lapag nalang dyan tapos alis may nakalimutan cyang always wear a smile no matter what the situation is. Sorry reader’s i just want to express my observation which i think can help a little someday. Atmosphere- i rated it to 3 kasi first when we enter sa loob the aircondition maybe is not working i mean maybe dahil sa init sa labas di kinaya. But should they take action not all maka intendi. second is there is a 2 dogs just laying down by the entrance door it looks a door guards. Pizza: It's alright, dough has the tendency to be dry though.

Other menu items, I still have to try, so I'm willing to give this another chance.

Service: The staff are somewhat aloof, even the cashier forgetting whether your order was for takeaway or dine in.

I'm just disappointed that despite being a new establishment, they have a lot of items on their menu that aren't available, nor do they have any sign indicating that the item is unavailable.

I've been looking forward to their Golden Curls, but it's always not available (I've already come here for the 5th time). Even if in supermarkets, curly fries and other types of fries are available. SMH.

To the owner, this is a promising establishment. Please do keep improving the quality of service. Will be back soon. ☺️

Update as of August 2022: Went back for a second time to see if they improved. NOPE.

What happened to your AC? There's one AC @ 17° but man, it's just one? The restaurant temp is the same as room temp. I understand that COVID is still around, but the heat from outside and from your kitchen meets at the dining area. So your AC isn't enough to get the restaurant at a comfortable temp.

Ordered lunch around 11am. Food was completed 11:50am. Had to come back again because my free drink was missing and the staff were blaming one another as to why it wasn't checked that it was complete and who released the order.

Staff: Kitchen head, manager (in pink?) are all over the place. Still terrible service.

Food: Just remove the Golden Curls on your menu when it's not there in your kitchen. I've been checking if it's available and still, from your opening day to the current, still nothing on your stocks.

The crews are impolite including the manager. We went there with my crews on a weekday because one of them is celebrating her birthday. It wasn't a busy day. They were like killing time in the counter talking to each other. They mistook our order. Instead of 6 rice, they only serve 2 rice. When I call there attention, they where talking to us from a distance. We were at the table and they where all at the counter. Its so insulting so I make them come over. The manager was hard to understand our concern. Maybe because of the fun they have at the counter. We were eating and they ask for payment for the rice. Then after few minutes we added a pitcher of drinks they would like to collect again the payment. We were eating. We are not running away after eating. So rude they ask for payment while we are eating. I was irritated due to there manners. I dont know if it is okay with the management. I hope they can correct this. I love a food. But the manners of their crew makes us...
