Strike Three "You're Out"

We have dined here on several occasions to be served absolutely delicious food however we have received terrible service from the kitchen staff. Our first bad experience over a year ago was when the kitchen staff was only equipped with one cook, subsequently our wait time for our food was horrible. On our second visit, we were served outdoors and the wait staff was very kind an efficient, however after a long wait for our food, we discovered that the kitchen staff had forgot to make part of our order. This visit was a very special occasion and I was ashamed for my guests for such inexcusable mistakes.

Today, marked the last time we will ever ever visit Cucina 1914. As I had mentioned before, three strikes and you're out. Our party of seven had arrived at 12 noon. We were promptly greeted and we ordered Birds Nest soup as an appetizer and two pitchers of lemonade. After about 15 minutes of waiting we received our soup and one pitcher of lemonade. We kindly reminded the waitperson that we were minus one pitcher and they brought the 2nd one quickly. We then ordered our entrees and clarified our order twice. Then the long wait began. First our rice arrived and then several minutes later one of our entrees and slowly some of the other menu items arrived. By that time, most of our food was cold and I was angry. Two of our guests orders were forgotten and our takeout order was forgotten as well. I was quite upset with the kitchen as they have absolutely no concept of good customer service and pleasing their customers. We will never return to this potentially delightful restaurant as it would appear that the owners do not care. Strike...

I must say, it was an incredible experience! The restaurant's 1914-style architecture and iron cast chairs. The staff were perceptive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food, We indulged in delicious foods, and every dish was a flavor sensation. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous.

I love their service because the staff is very kind and friendly. They make sure we are comfortable and happy while spending time with my friends. The food is so delicious that I wish I could hire their chef to cook for me every day!🤭

The place is also very beautiful. It gave me goosebumps because of how amazing it looks. They have many old things from their ancestors, which makes the place unique.
