D' CasaRosa — Restaurant in Cebu

We came here to celebrate after my son graduated from nursery for the first time.

What a very aesthetic restaurant. When I entered the gate, I had high hopes. The place is really large, has a big parking space, a lot of tables, so you would expect them to have a good number of staff.

Everything went well at the start, we placed our orders. Prices are quite pricey, so make sure you prepare your wallets especially when you're with a large group or family.

A waiter (wearing glasses) took our order and said it may take 30-45 mins. There were only 2 staff assisting us so far. So we waited.... Now, I don't really mind for the order to take as long as we are assisted efficiently and constantly. Now he started with plates and utensils, okay good. Now he served a platter of chinese rice, okay? Now what..... Waited and waited. Then another viand, then another. Wow, restaurants should not do this.... They should serve it all at once, I don't mind how long. He served the drinks, but no glasses. WHAT IS THIS. What's happening.. Their prices are so expensive yet this is how they operate?

Their servings are quite small, so we needed to add orders. Now we need to wait another 20+ minutes, and for their rice another 20-30 mins. WHAT THE... They should've cooked a lot of rice since they are a large restaurant with a lot of tables to serve. The waiter also served us a different meal, and said we ordered it. In the end, it was the order of someone else's table.

Our experience here is horrible!!! We didn't enjoy the meal at all. Food quality is okay, but the service made it a very bad experience overall. Never...

We had the best lunch experience with my partner. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the whole atmosphere. The beauty and well-designed surroundings is also what makes this place special.

Food is an absolute masterpiece! Every dish was a symphony of flavors and artfully presented! It was nothing short of perfection and the combination of flavors was simply divine.

I cannot recommend it enough. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply want to treat yourself to an unforgettable dining experience, this place is the best place to go.
