LAGKAW BAR AND RESTAURANTS IS THE PLACE WHERE I CAN RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. Very nice and quiet family bar and restaurant. The food was good and well presented. Prices are reasonable. It is not accessible for handicapped since it is up two flights of stairs to the third floor. It is a very nice open covered...
