Café La Sorelle Resto in Cotabato City has long been a local favorite, and for good reason. It offers a delightful array of food and beverages at prices that won't break the bank, making it an accessible spot for casual dining and social gatherings. The menu's variety caters to diverse tastes, ensuring there's something for everyone. The cafe's ambiance is undeniably its strongest suit. The interior design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal. However, a recent and noticeable issue is the inconsistency of the air-conditioning. While previously a cool and comfortable space, the temperature has been fluctuating, sometimes becoming uncomfortably warm. This is a significant drawback, especially in Cotabato's tropical climate. Fortunately, the quality of the food remains consistently excellent. Dishes are well-prepared and flavorful, reflecting the cafe's commitment to culinary satisfaction. The service is also commendable; staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. The cafe's overall aesthetic is pleasing, with a clean and well-maintained environment. However, parking is a persistent challenge. The limited space often forces patrons to park in tight spots, and regrettably, it's not uncommon for other vehicles to block parked cars, even when parked correctly. This is a frustrating issue that the management needs to address. While the guards are present, they need to be more proactive in preventing such inconveniences for their customers. Ensuring proper parking management would significantly enhance the overall customer experience at Café La Sorelle Resto. Despite the occasional air-conditioning woes and parking frustrations, the cafe's delicious food, great service, and charming ambiance make it a worthwhile...

If you compare its lasagna from a fastfood, specifically greenwich, you can taste the difference as to where the fastfood ones are only microwaved while La Sorelle's tastes much more on the 'hommade' side. I never actually tried the desserts because I really liked the one with pastas so I always ending up ordering it(and this budget constraints are present). 😂
The ambiance of the cafe is calming, the service is splendid since the staff is accommodating. Overall, it is a very nice cafe. Group lunches here are great, even taking out a whole pan of...
Read moreThey lost the savory taste of their spaghetti. I used to like it but it appears that they changed their recipe recently and became too sweet for my liking.
Their chicken macaroni is still good. I like the texture of the pasta - still al dente.
Their chicken is too dry. Without the sauce, it's just too bland. It lacks character and cannot be identified as a signature chicken of the cafe.
I am not a fan of No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake so I didn't appreciate it as much. However, their Apple Pie is tasty and fresh. It has a fair amount of cinnamon that brings out the natural sweetness of apple. Its dough is equally good -...
