Jollibee — Restaurant in Cotabato City

To Jollibee Management,

I’d like to address a serious concern regarding your ORC branch. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I’ve experienced — not just once, but three times already.

I ordered food for takeaway, and each time, my order was incomplete. On the first and second occasions, I tried to be understanding, thinking it might have just been an honest mistake. But during my third visit, I specifically reminded the staff to ensure my order was complete. Despite this, I got home only to find missing items again.

It’s incredibly frustrating, especially after a long day, to realize you didn’t get what you paid for. I wanted to go back and complain in person, but considering the heavy traffic and bad weather, I chose not to. Still, I promised myself I would share this feedback — because this branch is damaging Jollibee’s reputation. It shows a clear lack of attention to detail and customer care.

Please look into this matter seriously. I believe in Jollibee as a brand, and I know this isn’t the standard you stand for. But the service at the ORC branch needs urgent...

Of I only had the choice to eat at another branch or another fast food nearby (aside from greenwich because the staff are as worst as here) then I will gladly do. The people on the counter don't always follow instruction. Sometimes the tables are not cleaned enough. When going drive thru, they always forget something on your orders. They are always offline. Among all the Jollibee branches I dine in, this was the poorest. The cashiers are stupid and not customer oriented. They talked with each other while there's a customer infront of them. Then some of the cashier made we wait so long since she was having a problem in typing my order.
