This is the former space occupied by Cafe Tribu, with its known colorful wall artwork. They retained the sarimanok wall. The Bud Dajo drawing have been taken down probably by the previous owner. I instantly knew i’ve been to this space previously because of the drawings. This new restaurant is a welcome addition of new cuisine in this fast changing landscape of Cotabato City. Most of the food were sold out when we were there. The hummus lacks spices, a little bit of spice could ‘perk’ its taste. The sambusa is worthy though. Chicken and beef biryani are the staples. Eat out while sitting down on the floor and feel like it’s your home.

I had a late lunch, so I was the only customer, the service was surprisingly fast. It was my first time so I ordered the chicken biryani, solo size. The size was perfect I felt full with only 200 php.

Serves really delicious and authentic-tasting Middle Eastern food. The space is okay, you can either sit on the floor or on a table. The murals on the wall are also very pretty and colorful.

Their Biryani is a must try. I may be biased because this is the restaurant where I first tasted the said dish BUT their dishes are well seasoned. And for 200 per serving, it is a bang for a buck.

Their Family Size biryani is also very affordable with the bundle price. 5 person can eat with that portion.
