i just wanted to share my anger and frustration about our experience today. We arrived @ 6:35 pm for dinner together with my whole family. We waited and waited…. we already ask for our order ten times and the servers are just ignoring us and the owner didnt seem to care anyway. I will understand if its late because they are busy but I noticed that the table next to us already had their food and we arrived before them, maybe the owner knew them because i saw the owner sat together on the table next to us. Until the last strand of my patience is gone the kids are already hungry and crying, my migraine started to trigger and we decided to walk away @8:05pm. We waited for one and half hour for nothing and i dont want to wait another minute in that restaurant. The service is very poor, I would've understood the delay because we came at a busy time but people who came after us received their food first which makes me think they're choosing who to serve first. It was very uncomfortable having to call the waiter every single time to give us glasses, water, additional plates. They wouldn't have given us anything if we didn't specifically ask, they are not proactive at all.

When the food came after 1.5 hours of waiting, it tasted good but the portions are small for the price, the only taste complaint we had was that the chop suey was lacking, the prominent taste was that it was salty.

Nearing the end of the meal, the drinks still haven't come, the lady at the counter even seemed annoyed when I asked to cancel it since we were done with the meal already. Not a single apology.

Cordon Bleu tasted amazing other than that it was bleh, disgusting. Flavor was okay on the Sisig but it was hard, literally hard It felt like i was eating rocks. Honey buttered chicken was dry and didn't even taste good (i feel like they had the same seasoning used in Cordon Bleu because it almost tasted the same.) We didn't even get the proper serving of catsup and was only served in a bottle the literal brand of it, they didn't even bother to put it in the cup they brought us.
