Earlier, I ordered a chaofan, but the short woman wearing eyeshadow, long eyeliner, and a mask — who was quite rude — told me that there was no chaofan available and that only chicken was left. Before I could even respond or confirm, she had already entered the order into the computer. I didn’t say anything because I thought the chicken might be allowed in my cousins’ religion (they’re MCGI members). However, when they told me that they can’t eat halal food, I went back to the same woman to request a change of order. She responded with an attitude but still agreed to change it.
To make things worse, our Coke wasn’t even included in the order, so we had to go back for it. It wasn’t just us she was rude to — I noticed she behaved the same way toward other customers. Even the three nurses in front of us earlier mentioned it; I overheard one of them saying, “Sobrang taray ng cashier nila.” (Their cashier is so rude.)
Also, the man calling out the order numbers couldn’t be heard clearly, and he seemed a little bit dramatic while announcing them. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional...
