It’s a 3.5-ish for me. Note that this is based on our own experience and what we ordered at the time of visit. Not a paid review.
Date of visit: April 10, 2024 Table for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 4) Quick notes: *We went here on purpose, and not just because this is already on our way. *Entered around 3PM, was asked to wait but that we’re the 1st group in line. *Able to be seated around 3:45 after a couple of follow-ups since other groups were already being seated - saw 3-4x just near where we at. *Had to stand on the side as they don’t have a specified waiting area. (~40mins)
Review: Service: Very poor (1-2). They’re presentable but not snappy. I had to approach them after 30mins of waiting and saw from the list that we got skipped (saw about 7-8 names after us). We had to wait as the staff didn’t notice us although we’re just standing right beside the counter and didn’t go anywhere else. Was asked again to wait and smile.
Food: It was good, they seem to have good chefs. The presentation was also nice and looks appealing. Pizza was our favorite - cinco formaggi, freshly made. Best if they would have a separate sauce dish/pourer as some guests like me would like to have their pizzas simple at first.
Coffee: Expensive, too sweet, just not for me. I’m a coffee enthusiast and knows coffee. I would have ordered a latte or a capuccino to be on a safe side but since they have 2-3x of the usual price this might be special so I ordered a hot cafe mocha. For a small cup at P345, you’re expecting something. They seem to be using a good type of beans was let down with how it was prepared. Too sweet and lukewarm, almost room temp cold. I tried to remedy it by asking for a hot milk, really hot but was given another room temp one and was also sweet.
Ambience: The place is along the main road inside Villar City but feels quite remote. Place is clean, very aesthetic, has a nice viewing deck/spot on some areas.
Verdict: I don’t think I’m saving this for the next visit. Too expensive for the service you get. Good food and great coffee is a must for us and this place didn’t have that combination.
Suggestions for the management: Retrain your staffs, not just of the basic (smile, assisting guests) but being smart and attentive. Try to have specified tables for each staffs or similar to that. Check your coffee concoctions. If your standard is that sweet, there’s something wrong. You don’t need to add option for % of sweetness (you know what I mean). Please serve water immediately upon seating the guests as they traveled from somewhere or might have been waiting for a while. 4 people = 4 glasses of water. We only got 3 and probably expected our 4 year old to be not eating. Hey, he was seated and you could have confirmed that without us further requesting for another glass of water...

Reason:
• All the staff was accommodated
• Like their vibes that they match with their customers
• When we went there, there's a heavy rain so we dropped off my mom to the entrance and me and my dad was literally stuck in their parking lot with other cars that has people in it and a staff came in with am umbrella and each car that guy came and will literally pick you up but we refuse and also the other cars that was also trap but I just love how they take care off their customers
• They even refill your water without even asking for it
• You literally don't have to up because a staff member approached your table to inquire about your order.
• Additionally, there is a designated individual who will open the door for you! As like you're truly being treated like a princess
• And what surprised me was that their restroom was clean! I mean it's not even a big deal for others. BUT GIRL, WHEN I TELL YOU, I'VE BEEN TO MANY PLACES THAT LOOKS SO JAW DROPPING BUT THEIR RESTROOM SAYS THE OPPOSITE
• I like the atmosphere here because it gives Tagaytay or Baguio vibes because of the coldness here and, to add more, the weather adds the final touches.
• And all the staff that worked there were super friendly too. and me and my mom went to the other side to explore, and we saw an outside place where you could take a picture, but we thought that we were not allowed to go since the glass door was closed, and so we ask the maintenance staff there and GIRL THAT GUY SAID WE CAN ACTUALLY AND HE EVEN IT EXPLAIN TO US THAT WE SHOULD BE CAREFUL BECAUSE IT'S STILL WET OUTSIDE CAUSE OF THE RAIN AND EVEN SMILED
• Oh! And let me tell you that my mom accidentally ordered the wrong drinks and was confused, of course so she asked the staff that delivered our order about why there are 2 same order of drinks and my mom was a bit shy to change it, but the staff asked nicely if she wanted them or not because they can literally change the drink for us • You could literally tell that it was owned by none other than Sir Villar because you needed to go into his properties, ooo~ and don't get me started with the road. Because it was smooth and big.
•Ang bilis ng food beh like SPEED OF THE LIGHT? CHAR OA LNG ME 😆😘(pero fr)
Skl: We also ordered another 3 drinks to stay a bit more and of course we take out also kasi we can't finish...
