KFC — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

Their drive thru service is terrible. Not courteous. And only serve you with a spork. They seem to have a low budget unlike their other branches that give you with a spoon and a fork. And their food preparation is also terrible. Ordered 4 piece pancakes once thru drive thru and one of them is burnt. They hid the burnt piece underneath the three other pieces so that i wouldn't notice it immediately. I found it out later when i got home. And their rice is lumpy as in in chunks. Terrible service i tell you. Avoid this place if possible. Eat at central mall instead.

Update: i ordered the chicken ala king rice bowl. Ang alat ng chicken nyo. 🤮

Update* November 24 experience. It seems that this branch only prefers cash payments because they say that their terminal is not working. I just happen to make a transaction the previous dqy and their terminal is working fine. The difference is this time i went during dinner time. It seems that they are too lazy to make complicated transactions at night that they only accept cash payments. Just like they only serve chicken rice meals and say that they don't have any sandwich meals available. And their drive thru staff still sounds as lazy as ever. And there's a lot of beggars at the cashier window.

If you don't accept cashless payments hang a sign on your heavily tinted glass window. Or inform us beforehand that you only preference cash. Cashless payments is a norm today so you shouldn't assume everyone has cash on hand. You wasted 10 minutes of my time waiting before informing me that you only prefer cash.

Go to McDonald's or jolibee...

Yeah.. just Drop there to eat unch ... the place is quite fine and the food are good enough . however it should be just a 3 star .. .because the cashier that I spoke with (He's a dark, fat, small guy or gay rather)and it seems that this person have some issues in our JOB (which is in the BPO) .. I don't know his problem .. I never show any kind of disrespect and I never under estimate what their job is because I know that there will be no easy Job at all ... however this guy slings a shoot logically .. throwing words logically and it makes me uncomfortable.. but anyways ets move on...I dont want to prolonged my agony hahahaha.. so there You go after I've taste their coke float everything turns around.. and it makes me god damn happy... that's why I owe a 5...

Hi I wanna share my experience with KFC SALITRAN. Everything is good, I like the atmosphere the dining place and the easy to order using kiosk however, when it comes to serving food things wend downhill as I ordered STEAK ZINGER and couple of add-ons around 7:30 in the morning and it took more than an hour. I even tried doing follow ups as it hit the 30 min mark and turns out the food is not prepared yet and then it took another 30 min before they served it, a very unpleasant experience. I like KFC a lot but this experience is really frustrating, I would understand if in the first place the personnel advise me to wait for an hour however no heads up has given to me! Hopefully this won't...
