This review is based on our experience in this waterpark. We came with 8 people, mostly adult for food trip and 2 kids for the waterpark:

Drive: Super easy to locate and find with Google map even if you've never been there.

Parking: Has limited space (Beware: So many stray dogs 🐕)

Fees: P20/person main entrance only Water park is an additional: P30/person

Waterpark: very nice although small ❤️

Waterpark staff: Most of them are nice and knowledgeable but there are a few that doesn't know what's going on.They need more staff in both the main gate and the waterpark gates during weekends since they open late and the sun gets hotter especially waiting in line(Understandable since they just opened But not an excuse if you want to run a business like this) Fee: P100/person per hour. I advise get the P200 for unlimited time in the water 👍.

Dry Playground: you can't enter if you're wet.

Food: El Cutlet

So, I ordered a ribeye steak from El Cutlet and was disappointed how it was presented. I can tell that whomever prepared it doesn't make it all the time. Steak: Tough, almost done, steak was cooked in loads of butter and the butter was leaking from the serving plate itself. It was sprinkled with dry rosemary as a garnish when supposedly dry rosemary should be rubbed on the meat and cooked with the meat.

The steak was not seared properly on both sides but is almost cooked. Therefore, the grill or griddle was not hot enough to sear the meat.

Side 1: Mixed Veg- the veggies were done right, not over-cooked and soggy. Tastes good too.

Side 2: Mashed Potatoes-not sure how they seasoned it but the taste is just plain potatoes-mashed. Although the variety of potatoes used is good.

Gravy- not a fan.

We had ordered other foods from a few more restaurants but I don't remember the restaurant names we got it from.

We ordered mango shakes from a Korean restaurant that's in-line with El Cutlet. Service was super slow and the flavor was not all that.

Calamari- over cooked, bread was too dark and therefore it was hard and not crispy Veggie Lumpia- soggy and too salty Leg inasal- done right Bangus Soup- served hot and good. Chicken Tinola Bisaya- this was super good and meat falls off the bone. Service was a bit slow though. Chicken tenders w/ fries - good, the chicken was thinly cut and crunchy. Fries was not too salty but not a very fan of the dipping sauce that came with it. Pansit- a bit too salty and over-cooked, so it turned soggy.

Dining area: Lots of Cats, cats jumped on tables and ate left-overs after customers. The cat rubbed itself on my bag and I'm allergic so that was a turned off. Restaurants can do and offer waaaay better.

Overall, will visit again and try other restaurants next time, I do would like to try their Pho but they don't have beef meat...

Visited Fortridge Foodpark at around 11:45 am last July 27, 2021. Place was not yet crowded. Decided to eat at this place called Papa P Chicken & Shrimp All You Can since it was serving unlimited stuff. For starters, proper customer service training should have been implemented sa staff before they opened 'cause the service was so terrible. I decided to order this unlimited promo they had. If I' m not mistaken ₱299. I ordered that since I saw it on the Menu na nakapost tapos may fries, chicken, rice, ice cream and shrimp na kasama. However, the girl sa cashier told me in order to avail of that ₱299 price, dapat at least 2 persons ang kakain. Kasi kapag isa lang, hindi ₱299 babayaran mo but like ₱300 plus. Misleading na agad para lang sa "come on" nila sa mga customers. Next, food finally arrived. Linapag na sa harap namin yung ISANG serving ng chicken and also ISANG serving ng shrimp and then 2 rice and 2 apple iced tea. (take note we ordered 2 ₱299 meals). After eating halfway, nakakairita lang that you had to call the attention of the waiters, who were a lot by the way, and were just talking to each other the whole time, to get all of your complete orders from the unlimited promo that we ordered. Wala pa the fries and ice cream. Hindi inaasikaso yung customers to check kung ubos na ba yung nakain namin etc. Also there were a lot of flies going to our food the whole time we were eating. Probably because of the "not so fresh" small shrimp platter! Ice cream, we had to go back again sa cashier to get the ice cream. May stub na binigay for us to claim it sa milk tea place beside it. Sana binigay na samin before we ate diba?? Customer service sucks. Owner of this place should work on this! I hope maayos ang service for other future customers who would like to try this particular...

I'd been in this place twice. The first time was a bit of 'where is this place' as I came from Panglao Town during nighttime and the signage is not in favorable location unlike when you're from Tagbilaran where anyonecan directly see it.

Don't get me wrong as I usually passed the corner but mostly during day time. Just use Google maps to guide you to this place.

My first impression was the place was crowded due to the many parked vehicles in their large parking area.

So this place is not for those who want quiet and serenity (go to the cemetery, for heaven's sake😃).

There was an entrance fee which is mostly consummable as explained and the Guard inspected it upon entering and reminded us again that it was consummable.

Upon entering, I'd noticed the different food stalls on the squared area wherein at the center, the tables and chairs were strategically located. There's also lagoon with koi fishes and you can ride a small banca with a fee to circle the area.

All in all, the place is good as you can choose a lot of food for your gusto. If you want to cheat eat, then this is the place. If you also want live music, then you can requests for songs. If someone is celebrating a birthday and you want to surprise the celebrant, or you want to be greeted in your birthday just notify the...

I wanted to really like this place but was not so positively overwhelmed. The atmosphere upon entering is really nice. Lots of lights, live music, smiling staff. But on a Friday night it was very empty. We arrived and ate around 7:30-9. As we passed each restaurant glancing at the menu, staff were right next to us pushing their food. Which i understand you want the business but also it was too much for us. Not many vegetarian options. We chose this Asian bowl and fries which was not bad but for the price was not amazing. Pretty sure the mushrooms came from a can … There are many cats but that’s all over the Philippines, the only issue with the cats were we saw one jump up where there is displays of food (like a buffet) and eat from the large bowl… the same bowl somebody may later eat something from. I would not go back meh food, not lively, sad animal situation here and there, too many people in our face at the beginning but… I imagine when this place is busy it is great because of the ambiance, meal packages for lots of people, and even renting paddle boats. Even a water park you can go to for a little extra $. Good for families.

The food park is tucked next to a real-estate development that isn't crowded yet, so the area looks not too busy. Lots of people come here though, so expect a bit of heavy foot traffic. It has a wide selection of restaurants and cafés to choose from, mostly al fresco dining. The place is good for large groups. Parking space is not a problem. P90 of the P100 that you'd be paying for the entrance fee is consummable, which is a good deal. It doesn't offer free public WiFi though. Our main issues here are the sound system's speakers that are just way too loud wherever you sit; you can barely have a proper conversation without raising your voice to the point of screaming. Another is issue that, although it is air-conditioned, the restrooms stink so bad. It looks clean, feels cool, but it smells really bad. And lastly, behind the establishment's orderly setup is an unfortunate sight—there are little piles of plastic waste scattered here and there, some of them burnt garbage. One can see these from the sink near the restrooms.
