We decided to take a late night dinner. This time around, the service was slightly disappointing. The store was not crowded at all but the food took half an hour to be served. There was even one lady who lost her temper because people who arrived later than her were readily served with meals.

Our experience was tolerable. We still enjoyed the meal despite having it served late.

One disappointing dish in our meal is the Jollihotdog. What used to be soft-to-the-bite and fresh buns, were now leathery and almost stale. I wish they'd serve a more freshly baked buns. But we can't ask for...

This just not happened once or twice but many times now. They mess up every order that I got here in this branch. I take out spicy chicken only to find out at home that they gave me the original. You have to pay additional for spicy and you gave me the original. Another day, I take out pancake only to find out at home that they did not give me syrup and butter. Sometimes you also forget the gravy for the chicken and even mess up hot choco for coffee. This branch is very slow and have a very...
