Jollibee — Restaurant in Davao City

I was very disappointed with the experience I had on this branch. The food tasted great because it’s jollibee, however it was unfortunate that my order wasn’t right. I ordered a bucket of chicken and added an extra amount of money for it to be spicy, however all of the chicken weren’t spicy at all. I rechecked the receipt because maybe there was a mistake, but it has the “spicy” on it with the certain amount for that. Very disappointing. I hope the staffs will properly checked the orders before they sent it out...

This Branch is not secured in terms of Food safety & Food contamination. We suddenly received our pepsi order with A nozzle of the pepsi machine 🤦🏻 Its critical specially to my son 1yr old And I, Was Drinking the pepsi and I found out at the last sip ! I cant attached the photo I dunno why! Please check the camera of dinning area I had a photo of it and I also talk to the assign manager to inform her. This time around 5pm today...

Usual Jolibee..it wasn't that busy when we came in on a Saturday morning at around 10AM..the crew and staff were polite and friendly..i noticed though that they have someone on training (wearing a white shirt) that's not so attentive..nevertheless, the vibe of the place...
