Good food, very good value for money. One of the best roast chickens I've tasted, comparable to the chicken inasal I've eaten in Bacolod. Chicken is chicken wherever you go, so the secret is in the recipe used for marinating and basting. Technique is important too; they avoid the big chunks, which can be notoriously bland once you get to the inner parts, by slicing open the chicken before skewering and cooking it.
