I just want to say thank you to the cashier named JOAN LANSANGAN. We went to Jollibee Dinalupihan today around 12:15 pm I guess, so it is a total rush hour. But it took me only about 10 minutes to reach the counter to make an order. However, when I was at the counter, even before I make an order, a very UNPROFESSIONAL CREW named ROSE used the cashier's POS for some personal matter in the middle of lunch rush. I'm not sure what she's processing but I think it's really not work related because the reaction of the cashier, Ms. JOAN, gives a tell and Ms. JOAN knew that whatever Ms. Rose was doing is very unprofessional at that moment. And Rose don't seem rushing whatever she's doing. She's really taking her time causing the customer including me to wait in the line longer. I'm just glad that the cashier that time, Ms. JOAN LANSANGAN, is SMART and DILIGENT. While waiting for Rose to finish using her POS, she gets a piece of paper, took my order and prepared it already. As the unprofessional crew Rose finished whatever she's doing, Ms. JOAN then professionally punched my order immediately, take my payment and hand me my order. I wish most of Jollibee Dinalupihan's crew be like Ms. JOAN. She's really good in customer service unlike Rose. Ms. ROSE is the perfect example of a crew THAT SHOULD NOT BE HIRED AT A FAST FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY ESPECIALLY DURING RUSH HOURS. Ms. ROSE is very unprofessional and don't understand the rush hour in fast food. Ms. JOAN on the other hand, is a PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A GOOD SERVICE CREW AND CASHIER. I know because I have work in one fast food store before and I've been an HR in a factory. I rated the fried chicken three because the chicken was not that juicy. But it's OK....

I just visited your store and ask why tricycles and motorcycles are parked in the car section and was told it was for customers. But I could park in the back of store at the pay parking area.
