Bespectacled Belgian owner is quite the odd individual. We sat down at the bar and he was sitting to our left. He looked at us but no hello or welcome of any kind. Just a bizarre blank face devoid of any emotion. I’m guessing that he is not confident in his English? Dude definitely gives off grouchy antisocial vibes. We tried both of the “Belgian” beers on tap and both were horrible. Zero flavor and highly disappointing. I only gave this place 2 stars because of the friendly young Filipino bartender and the yummy peanuts. Skip this place and head to Birdie Num Num or Apolong...

No instant coffee. They do offer some Belgium coffee at P90 a cup. A lot of different types of beer and mix drinks. But I don't drink.
