Chowking GMA Cavite — Restaurant in General Mariano Alvarez

I had a bad experience here.

I was with my sisters in Chowking GMA, when one of my sister come with me in the counter to order. We saw their signage about their combo meal but found out that the price is different when the casheir take our order. I, personally is working in a food industry( I am working in a cruiseship), I wan't to know why the price went diff from the signage. I was not contented with her explaination and ask one of the shift manager but while the manager was explaining, somebody caught my attention. The guy next to me suddenly said " at nag explain pa nga" (" there you go, explaining again"). I look at him, then my sister look at him too. I pay the bill but still I'm looking at him. We went to the take order counter, I was watching him while he's ordering and found out that he is one of the crew. Until we took our order, I am still looking at him. And went upstairs I saw him coming near to our table. There's a little girl in a table next to us and he went there but instead of eating he transferred to another area which is far from us.

Please, keep your manners whenever you are eating in your workplace coz you don't know what's gonna be the consequence...

They made us pay more than what we're supposed to order. We ordered siomai Chao fan platter and pancit canton, and the cashier entered siomai platter only and the pancit canton. So we have to order Chao fan platter separately🙄 They can't void it cuz we already paid for it and thought she made the right order for us. So in the end, they weren't able to refund our money immediately and said that we have to wait for 7 days, so we said it's fine, we won't refund anymore. It's just frustrating cuz it's not entirely our fault, but we're the one who took responsibility🙃. Also, their food aren't good. Idk why but it's different from other chowking, it's supposed to be tasty but their foods are just bland for us....

We ordered rice, pancit, halo halo and chicken spicy chao fan atbp. . While we wait we got called 2 times and everytime we claim it, it still not ready. We ask the other waiter they've said just ask the counter. After 3rd time we finally got our food but when we get it, theres no rice, halohlo and spicy chao fan, we even see how many dine in, take out has so many missing order and they're chaos(in short were not the only one has a missing order and wrong food. Then finally we got our chaofan but its rice was uncooked, and it's not spicy. The food is not great, and its not new. Lame....
