Went on a non-holiday Friday. Almost lunch hour. Saw no one lined up. Cashier was busy with something behind the counter. Maybe some mobile order? Saw 2 people line up in a vacant counter. Cashier went to them to get their orders. 😳 I've been in line for almost 10 minutes and patiently waited for her to finish the thing that she was doing, only to be skipped.
So, ok, I lined up behind the 2 customers. It took 20-25 minutes before it got to my turn.
Food was okay. You can't go wrong with Zinger, which, she originally said they didn't have. Imagine lining up for 30 minutes only to be told they don't have the item you want. 😳 It's a good thing that she was just mistaken. 🤣
What's a criticism without a suggestion? So here's mine. The manager was there the whole time and should've noticed the slow movement of the line. It would've been great if he temporarily opened another register to have someone else take the order (if he finds it too basic of a thing to do...

This is with regards to Drive-Thru. As per experience, at the point where we place orders, the screen was covered. At the payment counter up to the receiving of order, the crew looks like they haven't had any training with regards to customer service. We don't know if we're receiving our orders. The window was closed with wooden-like cover same as the cover at the order screen. We just waited until the window opened and as a regular drive-thru customer, that kind of waiting time should have a crew telling us to "please wait" or something like that.
