The Good: The food was great. We had spicy bacon pasta, chicken steak, seafood trio and spicy pork. All tasted good. The food portions/servings were big enough, bigger than those in most restaurants. The food prices weren't that expensive. The view was great. The staff were courteous when you interact with them.
Areas for Improvement: The service was slow. We arrived at 10:30am (there weren't many customers yet) but we only got served our food after 12nn. That's why I didn't get to photograph our food because we were so hungry by then. The staff were not very welcoming. They were not rude but also not welcoming. Nobody greeted when we entered the restaurant. Nobody gave us the menu until we asked for it. Nobody approached us to check if we were ready to order. As already said, they were actually courteous when you interact with them. They need to be more proactive.
Overall: As far as food quality, prices and ambience are concerned, they're great. The issue is with their service. Maybe more kitchen staff. I understand this can be a bit of a challenge with the pandemic going on. And a bit of training for the customer-facing staff would...
Read moreI went to Europe Cuisine 2 days ago. I love the design of the place. I thought it was smart that they tied the chairs and tables to the group to make sure these doesn't get moved, since they should be implementing social Distancing. The food was great, definitely better than the line of restaurants in the area, but what really did it for me was the long waiting period. I understand that the demand for their food is very high seeing as we even had trouble finding a parking space to their huge parking lot. We waited for almost 2 hours. I've heard from other tables many complains regarding how long they have waited and the only thing that got served was Hot chocolate. A family even addressed a staff regarding this and their only reply was "Sorry Po sir, Under man mi" with a smile on their face.. Despite how tiring their duties are, they staffs are very well trained taking on many responsibilities despite their position. A suggestion for the place would be to add more employees for better service, especially on weekends, where lots of...
Read moreThis was a pleasant surprise along the road. Cheesy restaurant name but it is actually operated by a foreigner and his Filipino wife.
Parking space was adequate. It has a small playground for kids, a plant nursery and a farm at the back. You can choose to eat at the outdoor shack (self-service) or the indoor tables (with waiters).
We arrived around 3pm and the weather was cloudy. We chose this place since a friend from Butuan City recommended it. We were returning from a Butuan City trip, enroute to Cagayan de Oro City.
The menu consists of Pizza, pasta and some short order dishes. We chose to have Carbonara Spaghetti, Pepperoni pizza, Cordon bleu chicken. They were superb and were made with good spices. The cookies, the hot sekwate and dessert were gastric sensationals as well.
The view and altitude was conducive to the meals we had. We will definitely drop...
