Im 34weeks pregnant with 2 seniors with my 3 niece. Pumila ako sa priority lane at hindi pa ako nasa cashier sinabihan na ako na 3-4 drink lang inaallow sa priorty lane at sa lahat ng starbucks na pinipilahan namin as priority and other establishments itong branch lang ang pinapapila ulit sa mahabang pili para iorder ko yung 3 drink na hindi priority. Consideration lang sana sa health ng customers nila kahit may policy na ganon sila at alam ko wala naman siguro mawawala. Disappointed kasi knowing pregnant at 34weeks kausap nila at hindi pwede mag tagal tumayo sa pila talagang pinipilit nila yung policy na yun. Regardless sa drink kaya may priority sa lane para sa mga may health conditions na hindi makakatagal sa pila senior pwd pregnant and more. I hope magawan ng action yung staff niyo sa shell southbound starbucks branch na ito. Nasa pic yung sa right yung nagpapapila sakin ulit nangunguna magsabi about sa policy at nakapila palang ako sa priority lane and yung nasa cashier siya yung walang respect sa senior and pregnant na pinipilit lalo yung policy na sana may consideration. Thank you.

Got my Bulacan Been There Series Mug here. It feels good to see these mugs available if you're a collector like me. Most of the Starbucks stores we've been to are either out of stock or they don't sell at all. Staff were courteous, polite and attentive. Spacious and indeed a good place for a stopover before heading back to Manila.

Starbucks Shell of Asia (NLEX) never disappoints! The flat white is consistently smooth and rich, the sausage roll hot and filling. Service is always friendly, fast, and reliable — a comforting stop for quality coffee and good vibes on every drive.

As we arrived inside, we're around 6-7 inside, the crew who seems to be the manager or OIC closed the glass door and did not allow one of us who just parked to enter saying that they are already closed, he is also not allowing one of us who is already inside to go out to get his power bank, he is saying that once that person goes out to get his power bank, he won't be allowed to enter the premises anymore. It was 10:58PM. No notice that they will close at 11PM. This guy is so rude, and we are with Senior citizens as well, this happened on the day that SB gave 40%...

After a prolonged car journey, we went here to relax and rest before continuing our journey to NAIA. I brought my parents here because they haven't tried the coffee yet. The cashier was rude, had no manners and the server did not provide a cup holder for the elders for their hot coffee. ZERO RATINGS for them. Don't come to this place just to encounter employees has have unacceptable behaviour...

Stopped for coffee. No sockets to be seen anywhere. Requested if I could leave my phone with them to plug in my charger. Politely declined. Ergo, not a good place to stop, unwind or get a little work done. A far cry from other Starbucks outlets.
