Southpark Grill — Restaurant in Guimbal

We arrive 7pm and its a lots of people due to valentines day celebrations. We ask to go up to the first floor as there is no available table in the ground floor. We wait for one hour and ten minutes to order after i approach three staff of this restaurant. Dining at South Park feels different today vs 5 years ago. The place used to be jam packed with customers, entertained by the live band. But we still love the view by the beach, refreshing as ever. The place is also clean. I'll give that a 5/5!

We loved the fish fillet and sweet and sour fish. IMHO, we don't like the sisig because it taste salty and sour. Overall, the dishes seems ok: not good but not bad. The meal is a little pricey than other restos in Guimbal (perhaps COVID?, customer service fee?). For me, 3/5 for the meal + price.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was unbelievably slow we waited far too long just to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. The staff seemed inattentive and poorly trained, which only made the situation more frustrating. If you’re looking for a place that values your time and knows how to handle customers properly, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Definitely not...
